Feimo is a versatile creator, working both as an illustrator and a university press editor, driven by a passion for crossing boundaries between disciplines, stories, and people. She holds an MFA in Illustration from Syracuse University, where she cultivated her signature style defined by detailed ink lines, bold colors, and lush textures. Through her art, Feimo seeks to tell stories that are both beautifully compelling and quietly thought-provoking. When she steps away from her drawing board or editing desk, you can find her exploring diverse interests, reading Zen philosophy, practicing Latin dance, testing new recipes in the kitchen, or simply daydreaming about her next creative experiment. She currently lives in Xi’an with her cat, Matt, who is named in honor of one of her most admired professors.
